Raising the treadmill to a fifteen degree incline is something that will make a world of difference when walking for at least twenty minutes.
Use a hula hoop for ten minutes a day. Hula hoops that are between 36 and 42 inches in diameter that are weighted are the way to go. You don’t even need to do all ten minutes at a time, break it up into smaller intervals of hula hoop training time. You will see results in your buttocks and hips very quickly.
By using the HIIT technique (high intensity interval training) whenever you do cardiovascular exercises you will see results in a very short time. For example, if you’re jogging, running, using an elliptical trainer, or whatever your favorite cardio machine is, vary the intensity with intervals. Start with a relaxed interval and then follow it up with a shorter but more intense interval and repeat.
An example would be using a cardio machine at a slow pace for about twenty seconds and then following it up with a shorter interval at high intensity for ten seconds. By changing intensity for those six minutes, you’ll see better results than if you jogged steadily for twenty minutes.
