Repair problems in the system registry
Registry problems include inappropriate, out-of-date, and incorrect information in your system registry. The information in the system registry should always be up to date. Outdated and incorrect information can cause the System Service Exception BSOD error. It is recommended to use a registry repair software to perform the registry repair process. Make sure to reboot your machine after completing.
Change antivirus software
Try uninstalling existing antivirus software and install another one. If not, please disable your real-time protection for a certain period of time until the issue is resolved.
A faulty RAM can show the BSOD with the system service exception error. If you have only one RAM, temporarily remove it and install another. If you have multiple RAMs, try them one by one separately.
