Vertical anti-aging: five secrets to a youthful appearance

Every day as you walk through the doors of your home, try this fun and relaxing exercise.– Stop and place your hands on the door frame at shoulder height, standing outside the frame, feet on the threshold. Next, bend over as far as you can comfortably and slowly count to ten. Try to do this three times a day. It will also open your lungs according to my chiropractor! 5. Think royal, royal, how a king or queen can sit, walk and stand.. Well, a lowly king or queen, of course. I think you will also be much more relaxed that way.
