Detox and Cleanse Diets – Which One is Right for You?

So you’ve decided it’s time to detox your body, but you find that with all the different detox and cleanse diets out there, you’re really confused. You’ve heard of raw food diets, juices, liver cleanse, colon cleanse, vegetarianism, and so much more, so which one is right for you?

Well, the answer to that question depends on what you hope to achieve. If you are a beginner and trying to detox for the first time, you can try a 1-day juice fast. You can easily extend it to a 3-day juice fast if you’re happy to continue. These two short juicing cleanses will give you a good introduction to detoxing and cleansing. After a 3-day juice fast, you may notice that your skin is lighter and your hair looks healthier. This should inspire you to want to cleanse your body on a deeper level. You can achieve this in many ways. If you enjoy juice fasting, you can try longer fasts of up to 7 days. Or you could try cleaning up your diet.

Following a clean diet is my preferred option to detox and cleanse. It means that you are getting good nutrients in your body every day and avoiding the bad things as well. You can supplement this clean life with a month of juice fasting, as this will enhance the results. Many people find that the more they clean, the better they look and feel, and the more they are inspired to continue.

Following a clean diet and monthly juice fasts will help you lose weight and have beautiful skin and hair. You should also notice an increase in energy levels throughout the day, along with increased concentration and pace of work. You’ll also need less sleep and wake up feeling refreshed in the morning.
