Nutrition means the total physiological process by which the body/organisms obtain the necessary nourishment for development and growth to ensure energy to continue.

Nutrition means: the vital process, the reconstruction of tissues (food, supplies;). The words come from Latin (nutritio), French (nutrition). Nutrition is important for all the inhabitants of the planet because without sustenance the body stops growing, becomes weak and finally dies. Correct nutrition means a healthy body and also an optimistic outlook on life and not only. As the Latin saying goes: “mens sana in corpore sano” – a healthy mind in a healthy body. If the body is not happy, our mind does not think clearly and tends to get more and more stressed and ultimately creates a distorted image of ourselves. Nutrition is our fuel that activates the mechanism of our body. Nowadays it is important to have a well-balanced lifestyle and get rid of foods that harm our body and replace them with healthy food.

The American Dietetic Association (ADA) is the nation’s largest organization of nutrition professionals. It has about 65,000 members. ADA promotes healthy nutrition and gives advice to those who want to change their way of life. ADA members are experts in food and nutrition and translate theories into practical solutions.

In the last 30 years nutrition has become a problem especially since the moment crude and junk food appeared on the market. The wrong diet drags behind it an unbalanced life. One of the problems of the century is obesity that embraces the entire world like a scoop. Due to a sedentary life and lack of movement, the body deposits excess calories in the form of fat. Fats affect all internal organs and cause health problems such as: heart failure, blood circulation, labored breathing and all kinds of pain.

All experts recommend a diet based on fruits, vegetables and an active lifestyle.
