Noodles are very popular in China. Chow mein is one of the most famous Chinese foods in the world. It is easy to cook and can be cooked in many ways. In this article, I would like to offer you two of them.

The first method is shown below:

Ingredients:

Chinese Noodles, Egg, Shredded Beef, Baby Bok Choy, Green Onion Slices, Chives, MSG, Dark Soy Sauce

Cooking procedure:

1: Put the noodles in the pot with boiling water and boil for several minutes. Then remove and rinse with cold water; Tips: Add a little salt and salad oil when boiling so the noodles don’t stick easily to each other.

2: Heat the pot, add a little oil and spread it on the bottom of the pot. Add the egg, then remove it from the pot when done.

3: Add the green onion slices, baby bok choy, chives, shredded beef and sauté. Then put in the boiled noodles and fry them together for a while.

4: Then use the chopsticks (if possible) to separate the noodles. Add the boiled egg, onion and sauté for a few minutes. It does.

Next, I would like to introduce you to another method:

Ingredients:

Chinese noodles, onion, mushrooms, hammer, bacon, cabbage, dried chili peppers, chilli sauce, soy sauce, egg, caraway

Cooking procedure:

1. Cut all ingredients into small pieces and finger size is preferred.

2. Boil the noodles, then remove and rinse with cold water.

3. Pour some salad oil into the pot; add the onion pieces until golden brown. Add the mushrooms.

4. When mushrooms begin to shrink, add hammer and bacon pieces. Sauté them for a bit, then add the cabbage.

5. When the water comes out of the cabbage, stir it several times. If you think that the oil is not enough; You can add a little oil again to prevent everything from sticking to the pot.

6. Add the noodles and dried chilies or chili sauce to them.

7. Add salt, soy sauce, at the same time always stir the noodles.

8. Pour the liquid from the egg into the pot and it will stick with the noodles, and then stir frequently. This dish is ready. It is preferable to add a little diced chives.
